As Joris pointed out a while ago—yes, I did read your message—, Atom feeds generated by my FeedMe script have been broken for a while. Since I hadn't modified the source in a while, it must be due to an update at the host's end.
Basically, as you can see, the XML-Atom package—or, more likely, an underlying module—has somehow started adding the XML name space to every element and thereby corrupting the feed. At least, it doesn't work on Sage; non-Gecko XML parsers might still accept it.
Anyway, as far as debugging goes, I can't be bothered. I don't fully get the whole XML shebang to begin with and it'd take me a while to grasp the module stack XML-Atom relies on. I'll mail the author for assistance sometime, but for now, I guess the feeds are b0rked.
