Unless you’re a feed person, frequent visitors like yourself have obviously noticed the major changes my blog has once again undergone. In addition to the return of information about me and some links, I’ve also got ads now. I’m not sure yet if those will stay. I can’t really get them to blend in with the layout, and they were a bitch to set up: because I insist on using XHTML 1.1 and AdSense only supports tag soup, I had to load them from an <object> element, which wouldn’t lose its border in Internet Explorer, making me add an <iframe> using conditional comments. I’m crying on the inside, but the result is somewhat satisfactory.
Enough about this site for now. More about me, please! What have I been up to during my digital absence? Well, as you already gathered, I got myself a boyfriend, who is absolutely adorable. He’s working right now, even though he has a cold and is probably still really tired, so I hope he’s doing okay. What else? School. I’ve been cutting some classes, but I think I’m still doing pretty well. I passed every subject last semester, and while this one is going to be even tougher, I’m still confident it can be done. And, finally, when I find the time, I watch some TV—I’ve become a big fan of “Heroes”—or play OpenTTD or Sea3D.
