I have no idea how Microsoft developers internationalize and localize Windows Live Messenger, but I’m sure intrigued as to how these tooltips accidentally—at least I presume they’re not intentional—came to exist. All the other (default) emoticons seem to have the correct tooltips, so I can’t help but wonder what sort of awful code lies beneath.
