Redeprognostication
I am now officially a Master of Industrial Science in Computer Science. Pretty cool, I know. I won’t elaborate on how long it took them to disclose our grades. Instead, I’ll just compare them to my prognosis.
For the sake of completeness, I’m also going to include my grades from the first semester. The ones at the top of the table are new.
| Subject | Prognosis | Grade |
|---|---|---|
| Master’s Thesis | 15/20 | 16/20 |
| Computational Geometry | 14/20 | 14/20 |
| Computer Graphics | 14/20 | 16/20 |
| Introduction to Compilers | 14/20 | 14/20 |
| System Analysis & Design | 16/20 | |
| Computer Networks IV | 16/20 | |
| Algorithms II | 15/20 | |
| Operating Systems III | 16/20 | |
| Network & Computer Security | 16/20 | |
Taking course credits into account, those grades accumulate to 783/1000, which means I graduate magna cum laude. I’m pleased. It took me long enough, but I got a master’s, and I feel richer from the experience.
Anyway, congratulations to everybody else who aced their exams, and the best of luck to those who weren’t so fortunate.
